1. What PromptHub is

PromptHub is a directory of AI prompts and related tools. We provide free prompts you can copy and use, and we may also offer optional paid products (such as premium prompt packs).

2. Acceptable use

You may:

• Browse and copy free prompts for personal or commercial use
• Use our free tools as intended

You may not:

• Copy large parts of the site to build a competing directory
• Abuse, overload, or try to break our tools or servers
• Use the site for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Scrape the site in a way that harms performance or other users

3. Free content and paid products

• Free prompts on the site are provided as-is for your use
• Paid products (if any) are sold through third-party platforms (e.g. Gumroad). Their checkout and refund rules apply
• We do not guarantee specific results from any AI model (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)

4. AI results disclaimer

AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content you generate with our prompts before using it in business, publishing, or client work.

5. Intellectual property

• Site design, branding, and original written content belong to PromptHub
• You keep rights to content you create using the prompts
• Do not claim our original guides or site content as your own product without permission

6. Third-party services

We may use third-party tools (analytics, email, payment processors, AI APIs). Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those features.

7. Limitation of liability

PromptHub is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business impact that results from using our prompts, tools, or website. Use at your own judgment.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
